About VisaDocs
VisaDocs is a small set of free writing tools for one specific job: the documents that sit behind a study-abroad or visa application. A statement of purpose for a university, a cover letter for an embassy, a recommendation letter for a professor to sign, an essay for a scholarship panel — these are short documents, but they are hard to write well, especially in a second language and against a deadline.
Professional agents charge real money to draft them, and many online tools show you a preview and then lock the full letter behind a payment. We built the opposite: answer a structured set of questions, and the generator writes a complete, editable draft in one go. No account, no credits, no watermark.
How the tools work
Each generator asks for the facts that belong in that document type — your course, your university, your travel dates, who is funding you, your ties to your home country — and assembles them into the structure that admissions tutors and visa officers expect to read. Destination matters: a Canadian study-permit letter argues a different case from a UK application, and a Schengen cover letter follows its own conventions. The tools encode those differences.
What the tools are not
The output is a draft, not a finished submission and not immigration advice. Every generated document must be read, checked and personalised by you before it goes anywhere official. Never submit facts you cannot evidence, and for a complicated case — a previous refusal, a long study gap, an unusual funding source — consider a licensed immigration adviser in your country.
