Last updated: October 2026. This page explains, in plain language, what information this site handles when you visit and when you use the generators.

Using the tools

The generators need the details you type into the form — your name, course, travel dates and so on — in order to write your document. Those details are sent to our server and to the AI provider that produces the draft, and the finished text is sent back to your browser. We do not build accounts or profiles of the people who use the tools, and we do not keep a copy of your finished letters.

What we do keep

To stop abuse and keep the free service running, the server records an anonymous daily counter per visitor (a one-way hash of your IP address plus the date — the address itself is not stored) and counts how many documents each tool produced. If a generation fails, a short technical error note is logged so we can fix problems; it does not contain your letter.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses local storage in your browser to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. If advertising is enabled, advertising partners may set their own cookies to show and measure ads; you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time and the tools will still work.

Advertising

If ads are shown, they are served by advertising partners who may use cookies as described above. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled, it records anonymous, aggregated usage (pages visited, device type, country-level location) so we can tell which guides and tools need work.

Your choices

Because we keep so little, there is normally nothing to delete — but if you have a privacy question or request, contact us through the Contact page and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
